ABSTRACT
Psychology as a profession has aided management discipline, practice and research in several ways. In the marketing sector, Consumers Psychologist has over the years maximize organizational profit by providing strategies for products and services branding, pricing, packaging, sales promotion and advertising. Industrial Psychologist has used their expertise to eliminate fatigue resulting from overload stress. Personnel Psychologist designs personality test that aids personnel management departments in recruitment, selection and placement. More recently, contemporary psychologist has been of tremendous importance in the elimination of boredom and conflicts in management information systems, industrial relations and the banking sector.
