JORIND, a biannual journal, is fully indexed, abstracted, and enjoys international status as a member of the African Journals On Line, AJOL. Articles are cordially invited from both veteran and nascent authors.

Following successful release on schedule of Vol. 10 No. 3, articles are hereby solicited from interested writers for possible publication in our next edition. JORIND is fully indexed, abstracted, and enjoys international status as a member of the African Journals On Line, AJOL. Articles submitted must conform to the following standards:

1. Be evidently of developmental relevance to a country;
2. Be typewritten, double – line spaced, and of maximum length of 15, A4 pages;
3. Include abstracts of 75 to 150 words; and 4 – 6 keywords; without pagination
4. Conform to the publication manual of the American Psychological Association.
5. Preference will be given to empirical and/or quantitative articles;
6. Joint authorship also attracts extra credit-rating. Include phone number of major author

Submissions are to be accompanied with an assessment fee of five thousand naira
(N5000.00) only, in cash or bank draft payable to Prof. K. U. Nnadi, current Editor – in
